Chem final went about as well as I expected - which is to say, not well at all. I did manage to not freak out, though, and honestly, even if I bombed the final (very likely), that does not in the least outweigh the "OMG, FINISHED WITH CHEM FOREVER!" relief. Taking a short study break because ow, my brain. Chemistry continues to kick my ass, and the final is tomorrow at 10:15. The good news is that even if it kicks my ass and my grade kicks the bucket, Chem qualifies as an elective on my transcripts, so I should still be able to graduate without much difficulty. * START PAPER ON KEEWENAW/MID-CONTINENT RIFT! Due Monday after Thanksgiving
* CHEMISTRY ASSIGNMENTS - Test is next Wednesday, and you *really* need to get your ass in gear for that class if you hope to pass it.
* Remote Sensing Lab 10 - due tomorrow, best if you finish it by this afternoon

Note to self - your cell phone is not a computer mouse, despite the similar size and shape. Rolling it around on your desk next to the computer succeeds only in making you look silly.

In other news, I am trying to find the motivation to go to the library and work on my Structural lab, which is due tomorrow. Ugh, I hate End Of Semester.

As of about 9:00 this morning, I was finished with my three week GIS summer course. Yay!

Though, admittedly, it was kind of nice actually *using* my day productively instead of just sitting around like a slug playing on my computer. Hopefully the internship I have starting next Monday will continue the process, at least a little bit.

The two classes I was most worried about I got a B- (Glacial Geology - how I managed that I'm still not sure) and a C+ (Mineralogy) in, and if I added up the numbers right, I got another C in Chemistry. Not sure about GIS yet, but I'm expecting at least a B in there ( Read more... )
